Megan holds both a Master of Science and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University, where she graduated with honors in 2004.  She received Columbia University's prestigious Mary E. Callahan Award and the Research Award for Excellence.  Megan obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Human Development and Family Studies at Cornell University in 1996.  While attending Cornell, she was active in their Dance Program as a choreographer, dancer and performer.  Megan is also an adjunct faculty member in Columbia University's Program in Physical Therapy, instructing in Orthopaedics I and II and Principles of Soft Tissue Mobilization.  She has pursued postgraduate studies in a variety of manual therapy courses addressing neuromuscular re-education and joint and soft tissue mobilization.  In addition to her clinical work at The Spine Center, Megan developed and currently instructs a group exercise class for senior citizens and offers ergonomic assessment services.  Megan enjoys applying her experience as a triathlete, dancer and yoga enthusiast to solving mobility problems in the clinical setting.
